Where is my order?

All our orders ship from the UK to destinations worldwide. You can find our full shipping information here.

When your order is shipped we will email you the tracking number. Please see this email and check the tracking to see where your order is.

After checking your tracking, if you believe your order is lost or running very late, please get in touch with us and we can help.

Something is wrong with my order

If something is wrong with your order, we are here to help. Please see the info below or Contact us.

Once your order is placed, our systems are automated and your order will ship within 24 hours.

If you wish to change something on your order, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to make a change for you before the item ships.

If your order has shipped, then we cannot change anything on your order.

Place a new order for the correct item you need and we will ship this out ASAP, then open a return to ship the incorrect item back to us for a full refund. (Return shipping is free if you are in the UK).

Please double check your order to make sure you ordered the correct item, if the item received is wrong, please get in touch with us before returning the item and we can resolve this for you.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, please place a new order for the correct product you want, and then open a return for the original product which will be refunded.
