DELIVERY INFORMATION

We dispatch orders on MONDAY - FRIDAY. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

All orders are currently shipped from Europe within 2 business days & include tracking. We ship orders with Royal Mail, USPS or Fedex Express.  For full delivery times please see our Shipping & Returns page

UK & EU orders will not have any import fees.

USA & Canada orders will not have any import fees unless your order is over $800. 

As all orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may have additional import fees upon delivery if you are not based in the EU, USA or Canada.

ORDER INFORMATION

We are unable to make changes to your order once you have hit the "place order" button.  This includes the following: 

* Changing the item or model
* Delivery/billing address
* Adding items to your order
* Shipping method

We may be able to change your delivery address if you contact us BEFORE your order has been shipped. This is not guaranteed. 

If you input an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not lianle to refund / replace this oirder. 

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

* Your order number
* Description of what is wrong
* Clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We currently do not offer exchanges. To make our return process as easy as possible we only offer returns. If you want to exchange an item please create a return and place a separate new order for the correct item. 

You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Case Warehouse order is delivered. To create a return please visit our returns page

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

* Your Order Number
* Item Name
* Photos that show the fault as clearly as possible

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.

You're still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

Case Warehouse is based in the United Kingdom. We design, create, manufacture and print all our own products in house. This means we can keep quality to the highest standard. 

COVID-19

Yes! We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

99% of our orders are shipping as normal. There may be minor delays for items which are shipping internationally. 

Case Warehouse is operating as safely as we can. All our products ship from our own warehouse in the United Kingdom, we are able to maintain strict safety measures and we are following all government guidelines in regards to COVID 19. Our message to the our customers is simple: Stay Home.
